As a strong lover of crystals, I am always looking for stones that help me get through the hustle and bustle of life. Stress builds up over time and it is important to keep positive energies around, so I don’t sink into the depths of my mind. With the trending spike in the last four years, people have been drawn to the properties of crystals, looking for ways to relieve stress and find that peace of mind. I’ve found there are 3 popular stones that are fairly priced, easy to obtain and help aid the burden of our worrying thoughts. These stones are Amethyst, Aventurine and Rose Quartz.


“The all-healer of people, animals and plants” is widely known in the spiritual world. Amethysts help relieve stress by counteracting negative energies.
